Is it hard to switch from WhatsApp and spreadsheets?+
No. You sign up, add your teachers and students, and start running classes. There is nothing to install, and the Pro package includes free onboarding.
Can I try it before paying?+
Yes. Start a free trial and you have the whole platform for 7 days, for up to 5 people in all — you, your teachers and your students. No card, and nothing is charged at the end — when the 7 days are up the workspace simply closes, with every class, record and fee kept exactly as you left it until you choose a plan.
What counts as a user account?+
Students, teachers, admins and parent accounts all count as users. Starter includes 20, Growth 45 and Pro 85.
What if my academy is between two sizes?+
Use the build-your-own bundle above. Pick your exact number of users and pay only for what you need.
Does it work with Zoom and Google Meet?+
Yes. You can attach a Zoom, Google Meet or Discord room to any class, so students join in one tap.
How do WhatsApp messages work?+
Every package includes a monthly allowance (300, 1,000 or 2,000 messages). Need more? Extra messages come in blocks of 300.
How does yearly billing work?+

Yes. Every academy's data is kept separate from every other academy's, and contact details are protected — even from the staff running the platform.
